MY EXPERIENCE!! I am completely disappointed in this location. I'm not sure why they're even still open It's no point if people are just there to answer the phone just to tell you they can't help you with anything at all let's start there second of all I go here for my exam as a new patient you go through the whole thing they set me an appointment 2 weeks out when it got closer to the appointment they sent me a confirmation message and I confirmed everything the very next day I'm told my appointment is canceled because they don't have a dentist on site never said when they would get one not a on-call not anything to replace this dentist but this location is still open which makes no sense because there is not anyone there who can actually do anything not only that I wasted one of my exams so anything else will be out of pocket and they're telling me they can't do anything for me but send me to a new location which unfortunately I can't make it to any of the other locations which is why I pick this on specifically. But I just think it's unprofessional them not updating you want anything pertaining to when they might get a actual dentist back at the location or what I'm to do to get

New you Dental in Lansing is a terrible place to go. I am a patient at the Lansing office. They always have to cancel my cleaning appointments due to not having a dental hygienist on staff. Also the last time I was there I got fillings and the dentist numbed the wrong side of my mouth so then both sides of my mouth were numbed. In how ever long of being a patient there I have only had my teeth cleaned once due to lack of staff during the week. I am in the process of looking for a new dental office one that is more competent. I currently go to Devoted Dental Highland and I absolutely love the place. I highly recommend them.

I was overcharged $4,000 and when I challenged it I was told I had a $4K in house credit but there hasn't been a dentist for a year and now they're closed. Never any offer of remediation. Getting my dentures took 6 extra weeks due to staffing problems, they never fit correctly but I was given 2 temporary fixes that only lasted days. When I went in the 3rd time I was told I had to go to Flint for any more work. Now I'm screwed on my insurance getting new ones. The fact the office mgr quit and no dentist will work at this place should tell you to stay far, far away if they ever reopen.

The staff was super sweet and kind but I arrived at 230 for my kids two appointments at 3 and 330, well come 330 I still haven’t been seen for either kid. It’s hard enough taking two kids to the dentist for back to back appointments, which was their idea I was going to schedule separate days. It was very unprofessional how long I had to wait, I ended up walking out to find a new dentist because why would you schedule me for a 3pm appointment if you cannot see me at 3 pm. My kid could have finished her school day in this case. Will not be returning.

My dentist and assistant were fantastic. Musa and Joy were their names. They were helpful and listened to everything that I had to say. They were very informative and made sure that my pain levels were manageable. I would recommend this place to anyone. I didn’t get the name of the girl at the receptionist desk but she was also a joy to deal with. I’ve had to deal with a lot of dental work and this was by far one of my best experiences. I can’t say enough about how comfortable I was and how great an experience it was. Thank you.
